Leather Travel Rod Case
The idea for this case was born from a client looking for a rod case for an upcoming trip to Europe. I use my 3D printer to print the tube in-house. The tube shell is schedule 40 (.25") polycarbonate plastic and is stronger and lighter than PVC. Because the tube is 3D printed, I can scale its diameter up to 9.5" and its length infinitely. The divider is not new but until now has been limited to the big retailers who can afford the molds and quantities that make it worth it. While the compartments take up some interior space of the tube, a designated compartment for each rod will vastly reduce the wear and tear on those rods. Each case comes with a cap held in place by a double strap that can be extended by 2 inches. A second cap can be added onto the bottom for an additional 2 inches of extension for +$50. Check my rod case accessories for the second cap or just let me know and I'll add it. Materials: 3D printed polycarbonate plastic tube and divider. Chestnut leather is premium vegeta
