A lot of the damage on the classic reels that Bob Summers sells comes from the reel knocking against a boat. He asked me to design a quality case that would protect a reel while on the water. Male/female magnets ensure the case stays on and makes it easy to attach and remove. Brass grommet in the bottom allows water to drain. The deep "V" in the cases' sides won't crimp your lines. Small - fits up to 2 7/8" diameter x 2 1/2" width Medium - fits up to 3 3/8" diameter x 2 3/4" width Large - fits up to 3 7/8" diameter x 3" width Tall - fits up to 3 7/8" diameter x 3.5" width Chestnut is from Conceria Walpier in Italy Premium shearling from Nugget Co. in Texas Mitered joints Hand sewn Made in the USA Special thanks to Guy R. for his suggestion of the deep "V".
