No Bagge contains light-reflecting ingredients that brighten the shadows while tightening the bags under the eyes and giving a cooling sensation that provides a feeling of an eyelift. Contains extracts from cucumber, mango, papaya, goldenseal, echinacea, and aloe that provide natural sources of healing and toning. Paraben free, talc free. Application: Using the doe foot, touch around the eyes where desired. Then using your fingertips, lightly pat in.
