(I recommend after) Before your project gets started, I will have you purchase the listing. Upon consultation, a solid price point will be made pertaining to the type of art that will be created and the media & mediums that will be used. The only limitations I have are pieces larger than an 18X24 for shipping, unless special arrangements are made.
