Please simplify linework where possible to ensure a crisp, clean result. If your design includes embossing, drop shadows, or glow effects, these elements must be completely removed prior to submission. We only accept high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) with a transparent background. (No screenshots or low-quality files.) ⏳ Processing Time Please allow 10–28 business days from the date of your order for processing and shipping. This timeline applies to custom orders only and may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Orders of 100+ items may require additional processing time beyond the standard window. 📐 What We Consider a Bulk Custom Order A bulk custom order is defined as 50 or more items that are made-to-order based on your unique design, logo, color, or event-specific needs. 👀 Mock-Ups & Revisions You will receive a watermarked mock-up of your design before production begins. Up to 3 changes can be requested during this proofing stage. Once the design is finalized, no further edits can be made. Need a back design in addition to the front? Because these items are custom-made, no refunds, exchanges, or reprints can be offered after production begins.
