From the Wagon Cook: Sour Dough Carne Picada Steak Sandwich  Ingredients:  1 lb S Ranch Carne Picada Meat 4 Tbsp. butter 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper  2 tsp. garlic powder   2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce  1 onion 2 bell peppers Sliced Monterey jack cheese Sour dough bread Directions: Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in pan. Add garlic powder, sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender and set aside. Deglaze same pan by adding 2 Tbsp. butter and 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Add Carne Picada Meat, salt and pepper. Cook until browned and remove meat fro
