Early 20th c. Globe-Wernicke Lawyer's Bookcase c.1930

ABOUT This is an original modular 3 stack Oak lawyer's bookcase with brass knobs and glass doors that open and slide in from the top. The whole piece is modular consisting of 5 pieces: the top, the bottom and three cabinets that all interlock. All three cabinets and the base have original "Globe-Wernicke" labels.  CREATOR The Globe-Wernicke Co. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1930. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Oak, Glass, Brass. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor blemishes on the wood. DIMENSIONS H 55.75 in. x W 34.5 in. x D 11.50 in. HISTORY Unknown.
