ABOUTAn antique Michigan Maple Block Co. solid butcher's block with 12.75 inch thick top, manufacture's stamp, four rods that run through the block and original eight metal caps, beautiful turned legs and a food safe waxed and beautifully worn surface. The legs are pegged and can easily be removed for transport. CREATOR Michigan Maple Block Co., Petoskey, Michigan. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1930. MATERIALS & TECHNIQUES Wood, Metal. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. DIMENSIONS Overall: H 34 in. W 31 in. D 30.5 in., Block: H 12.75 in. thick.
