Crank cocking device designed specifically for the Empire Punisher 420. Reduces draw weight to around 10lbs of force to crank the string back. Unit can crank right or left handed.  Please download basic instructions here.  NOT THE SAME AS ITEM 623 (For other Empire models) Designed for the Empire Punisher, will also work with the Empire Beast & Aggressor models, and Terminator.  ATTENTION: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DE-COCK (LET THE STRING DOWN WITH THIS DEVICE).
