SMALL LEGACY GOLD

LEGACY VINTAGE GOLD Very rare, very old vintage antique patina powdered gold sheets of beauty. This paper is very reflective. This paper is as gem. Given to me as a gift from a master printer almost a decade ago. These large gold sheets are possibly over 75 years old and somehow ended up sitting in my flat files. Because this paper was so precious and beautiful to me,  I felt intimidated to use it, so it sat for years untouched. But inspiration comes in many forms and sometimes you don't know why, so you roll with it. Something pulled me to dig this paper up deep from my flat files and jumped head first into playing with this its aesthetic. Honestly, I spent a week with this paper out in the light before touched it. Finally after some tests it was safe to say I conquered my uneasy feeling of being intimidated by the beauty and rarity of it.
