After more than a decade, Sabina Pinot Noir has returned—and it was worth the wait. Our last vintage, crafted in 2013 from Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills, quickly became a favorite for its balance and finesse. Eleven years later, we are thrilled to reintroduce our Pinot Noir, this time sourced from the renowned Russian River Valley, a region celebrated for producing some of California’s most graceful and expressive wines. Under the continued guidance of our Winemaker, Alejandro Alfaro, our approach remains true to our philosophy: meticulous attention to detail, gentle handling, and small-lot fermentation followed by patient aging in French oak. The grapes were fermented in small wood tanks using 30% whole clusters and aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, then simply filtered before bottling—a process that preserves purity and highlights the natural character of the fruit.
