The 2 PIZZE operates straight out of the box on propane or natural gas, you choose the fuel type with the color options above the 'ADD TO CART' button. Never get stuck running out of propane! By adding a hybrid kit to your purchase you can also use the ALFA™ 2 PIZZE to cook with firewood instead of gas or propane.
