The reason for the "sale" is there is no slit for the stirrup leathers to come through the mono flap. I thought I would discount it so you can either: Ride with the leathers under the mono flap, or Have a leather person cut a slit. Price includes the saddle base (22"), seat (17") and your choice of 1" easy fit leathers.
