2 cups Goya® Masarepa® 1 tsp. salt 2 cups warm water butter for grilling 1. In a bowl, combine Masarepa® salt and water. When the dough is mixed, let stand for 5 minutes 2. Form the dough into patties about 4-5 inches across and 1/2 inch thick. 3. Coat a griddle or skillet with a small amount of butter. On medium, cook arepas until lightly browned on each side. 4. Serve with desired accompani- ments such as cream cheese, butter or mozzarella cheese.
