Saffi Saana Sherry Vinegar is made from the Palomino grape, and aged using the Solera method- in barrels as old as 50 years. Produced by a small family-owned farm in Jerez, Spain that has been making vinegar for 4 generations. raw and unpasteurized  no sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives added  contains naturally occurring sulfites  UPCYCLED PACKAGING: This product is sustainably packaged in 750ml upcycled glass wine bottles which we collect from local restaurants and wine shops. Each bottle is filled by hand with Saffi Saana premium oils and vinegars.
