Shadowbox Necklace, Portal Style 4

Jewelry with a sentimental secret! This necklace was handcrafted from a tiny, vintage pencil lead tin. The lid slides off to reveal a small compartment lined with a colorful piece of vintage tin.. like a portal into another world. The pendant has space to add your own tiny treasures, such as a birthstone or a lock of hair. The delicate metal treasure box is embellished with a hammered golden hoop and a dappled teardrop of hand cut brass.  Suspended from a delicate antiqued brass filigree chain that adjusts from 22" to 24" long, with a lobster claw closure. Shadowbox measures 1 5/8 x 3/8". Entire pendant measures 3 1/2" long.
