This isn’t just any old tea—it’s a tea brimming with love and hope. Ingredients: • Chamomile 🌼 • Jasmine 🌿 • Green Tea 🍃 • Spearmint 🌱 • PEPPERMINT 🍬 • Freeze-Dried Lemon 🍋 • Freeze-Dried Lime 🍈 • Monk Fruit Sweetener 🍯 Directions: 1. Boil the Water: • Heat water to about 175°F (80°C). This temperature is ideal for green tea and ensures the delicate flavors of chamomile, jasmine, and mint are not overpowered. 2. Measure the Tea: • Place 1 teaspoon of All We Need… Is Love tea blend into a tea infuser or a tea bag. 3. Steeping: • Place the infuser or tea bag into your mug. • Pour the hot water over the tea. • Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
