Tasting Notes Pineapple Juice - This coffee boasts the balance between fruit-forward flavors without going off the deep end in becoming a fruit bomb. Pineapple juice folds in the tropical sweetness we picked up without an extreme acidity anywhere in the cup. Banana Chips - Again, we felt it necessary to hone in the idea that this coffee had sweetness without pungent acidity. Banana chips capture this idea well.  Cherry Chocolate - Cherry chocolate was descriptive of this idea that some cocoa was present in the cup’s profile and primarily pushed the sweetness of it.  San Jose Coffee Production San Jose was purchased in 2003.
