Known in our store as the "pizza pepper," our crushed red pepper uses only the finest hot red pepper pods. We crush the dry pods to a coarse, highly textured consistency. Ideal for sprinkling, the large crushed size of each flake means that a good sprinkle of this crushed red pepper will add little pockets of terrific hot and spicy flavor throughout your dish.
