2025 Intro to Sailing for High Schoolers All Day (Ages 14-17)

Intro to Sailing for High-Schoolers:This course offers our basic introduction to sailing but is geared towards high school aged students passionate about sailing and interested in excelling quickly skills. Skills taught include; how to rig, de-rig, caring for boats and equipment, capsize recovery, understanding wind direction, and how to tack and gybe. Students are also introduced to the different points of sail, and basic “rules of the road”. This program also offers students an inroad to the newly formed high school team, and other racing and sailing opportunities through Park City Sailing.
