This Schaefer ratcheting single sheave standing block is in great condition. It has a 2 1/2” sheave and can fit up to 5/16” line diameter. It does ratchet only one way. There is a button on the side but it seems to be stuck. The base is 3 1/4” diameter with 4 bolt install. Bolt pattern is 1 11/16” apart. Comes with backing plate. It stands 4 3/4” tall.
