This swivel block and cam cleat are in great working condition. The swivel as well as the block and cam cleat are made from the tuneless material. The swivel has a 3” base diameter. The single block as a 1 1/2” sheave and can it MAX 5/16” line diameter. The Cam cleat does stick very minimal amount. Works as should besides the slight stickiness.
