The name "Mariposa" comes from Randy’s time on Mariposa Ave in Koreatown, where he spent nearly a decade developing his artistry. "Mariposa," meaning butterfly in Spanish, reflects transformation and endurance, much like the monarch butterfly migration, which spans 2,500 miles from North America to central Mexico. Inspired by a 1950s "Rough Riders Compton" graphic, this tee features a unique, hand-pulled printing technique and a light stone wash, creating a sun-dried finish.
