Raw silk blended with raw cotton fibers, spun into a textured slub yarn and woven with a weft full of character. Weft is a seasonless textile perfect for babywearing year-round. Stylish and supportive, this slubby fabric has a cushy hand feel that softens with wear and develops the perfect drape. Paired with or without our signature leather and gold hardware. Crafted in our California workshop, the Onbuhimo is a traditional Japanese-style carrier that sits high on the back but can also be worn on the front. Perfect for babies 15–45 lbs who are sitting unassisted and ready to explore.
