Siroua Steps is part of Neutral Ground, a collection that bridges artful design with simplicity, offering warmth and balance to any space. Rooted in traditional Moroccan craftsmanship, each rug reflects a harmonious blend of heritage and modern living. Located in the Anti-Atlas Mountains, the Siroua region is defined by striking geological diversity, from rugged peaks and sharp rock formations to saffron fields and expansive valleys. This rug captures the experience of moving through this dramatic landscape, where terrain shifts seamlessly between vibrant plains and jagged cliffs. Siroua Steps is woven by the women of the Anzal Association, a collective based in the village of Anzal within the renowned Siroua weaving region. Founded in 2007, this women-only association has grown through generations of artisans passing down their knowledge, techniques, and symbolic language of weaving.
