Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender oil comes from a mix of varieties, Lavandula Angustifolia and Lavandula x Intermedia, that hand-harvested at peak bloom.  In the diffuser: Place 2-5 drops in a candle or steam diffuser and enjoy.In skincare: Lavender can be diluted in a carrier oil for massage, added to your favorite lotion, added to bath, or used as a natural perfume. At bedtime: Apply 1-3 drops to your pillowcase or sheets as a peaceful part of your nighttime routine.
