Lingcod has a delicate and mild flavor, very versatile.  Its large, tender flakes offer a versatility that is second to none - great for frying, baking, searing, or even jazzing up your cioppino! Lingcod will thaw quickly in the fridge or will last for months in the freezer! Size: size varies - about 6-8 oz. This is a piece that will serve 1-2 people.
