Each individual pouch provides traceability back to the vessel who harvested it, offering a truly traceable seafood. Good to Know: Our smoked keta strips are a shelf stable product - no freezing or refrigeration required until you open the package. Once open, refrigerate and consume within a week. There is skin on our smoked salmon, but no bones.
