This coffee is hand-picked and produced on a small scale, which often allows farmers to pool their resources together and work collaboratively to share this incredibly balanced bean with the world.  Sally Sue's Peruvian Coffee has a balanced body, with above-average acidity and sweetness levels. Don't let the high acidity scare you, though! Our Peruvian Coffee has a wonderful, balanced flavor containing notes of chocolate, orange, and honey.
