"Points of Reference 2" mixed media abstract acrylic textured painting

"Points of Reference 2" modern impasto painting with layers of textural elements mixed with acrylic paint, and continued with layers of glazed and scumbled paint. A joyful composition with intense color which still evoke a light spirit like being up in the clouds. 18" high, 24" wide on a 1.5 inch deep canvas. I continued the textures and the painting around the sides and varnished the entire surface. Finished with gloss varnish, wired and ready to hang.
