Quetzal is a single origin coffee from Guatemala, composed of lots from small landholders in the Huehuetenango region. These beans offer soft acidity, a balanced, medium body, and a rich caramel sweetness, representing some of our favorite flavors associated with Guatemalan coffees.  Our importing partners at Cafe Imports are committed to maintaining direct trade relationships that allow for the creation of more unique, experimental microlots. They ensure that a fair price is paid to growers co-ops for good coffees, that allows all members to make a living wage, regardless of international commodity markets.
