If you are not familiar with Mid vs Large Arbor, the only major difference is this one holds even more backing, ideal for some very large saltwater game species. There is no disadvantage or price difference vs regular large arbor 11 Plus reels as the amount of backing loaded onto this one will equal diameter of large arbor fully loaded, inches per turn on retrieve will not be affected.
