Lemon-pepper blends are a favorite seasoning. Our version takes it up a few levels from the usual black pepper with a colorful, fruity and tasty medley of green, Sichuan, pink and tellicherry peppercorns. We blend these gourmet peppercorns with premium lemon peel for a bright and flavorful taste like no other. Use it on steak, fish, shrimp, chicken, veggies and salads. Adds a nice pop to tuna salad, egg salad, and potato salad. Sprinkle it on sandwiches -- it adds a zip to plain mayonnaise!
