Some Like it HOT Chile Grind

This popular product was our very first hot chile grind. (We've come so far since then!). Think of it as a ChileHeads starter kit. We take Chile Puya at 7,500 Scoville heat units then add garlic, onion, chipotle chile pepper (7,500 Scovilles), ancho chile pepper (at a more mild 2,000 Scovilles), Korean chile pepper (2,000 Scovilles), smoked hot paprika for delicious depth, and a bit of pink Himalayan sea salt. Try it on everything from breakfast to popcorn on movie night. Try it in your next batch of corn bread.
