These are so easy to apply:   PREP- your nails with an alcohol wipe and cuticle pusher (1 included in each shipment) SELECT- the right size for each nail.  APPLY- and press to smooth the nail wraps over the nail surface. FILE or clip to remove excess sticker (file included in each shipment) FINISH- with a quality topcoat for extended use (OPTIONAL)  WAIT- for 30-60 minutes before getting your nails wet or using lotion To remove, simply peel them off. If you have thin or fragile nails, soak your fingers in warm water for a few minutes before peeling them off.
