Scripture Study Kit - embRACE: Diversity

Let’s talk about racism and diversity. Especially in the last year in the U.S., we have seen the deep wounds of injustice and racism on full display. With the rise of BLM, media coverage, and social media trends, more and more conversations are happening and I want to help us look at what the Bible says. My goal here is to open the door for conversations, challenge the white Church, give you things to be aware of, and ultimately help spur on change. I am doing my best to simply point you to the Bible here. I love calling this kit embRACE, not just because of the wordplay, but because of what embrace means: to accept or support a belief, theory, or change willingly and enthusiastically. I want to encourage you to embrace what your role is today. Change willingly and enthusiastically. Let’s look to the Bible to begin.
