Custom Order Carving Sets: Charybdis Collection-Full tang 2-piece set

We now offer custom 2-piece, handcrafted carving sets with a 270mm full-tang version of our #1 selling Charybdis collectible series of chef, steak and carving knives. The 270mm full tang version comes in two handle styles and with a choice of bolster options. These sets are a perfect set for your kitchen or to give as a special gift. You may also choose to add a 12-inch ceramic sharpening rod to create a 3-piece custom set. You will not find them anywhere else! You may choose a modern Euro Fusion style handle or our original Salter Western style handle. A matching fork is available to with any set. Our Charybdis collection forks are 340mm (approx 13-1/3 inches)
