Our Premium Vanilla Caramel Blend is handcrafted with organic evaporated cane juice (sugar), natural flavor, natural caramel color, and less than 0.5% silicon dioxide added as a processing aid, vanilla turbinado sugar, crystal sugar & sea salt (crystal sugar, carnauba wax, confectioner's glaze, fd&c colors) Sugar is turbinado style with high caramel content. Crunchy like candy, tastes like salted caramel. Sal Caramel Blend is perfect to sprinkle on cookies, bars, scones, muffins, and cakes and muffins. In apple pie, baked apple, applesauce.
