Goddess Saraswathi is a Hindu goddess of Knowledge. She provides us human beings with a power of wisdom, learning, speech, creativity, and truth. She is also worshiped by many names though their basic characters remain unaltered. Some of her favorite names are Bharati, Chandrika, Chitraganda, Sanatani, Kadmbari, Vama, Medhavi, Mahamaya, Saudamani, Saumya, Savitri, Shakti, Sarada, Suprabha, Subhasini,  Pragya, Padmakshi, Mahabhadra etc. The goddess Saraswathi is often depicted as a beautiful woman dressed in pure white, She is often depicted sitting on a white lotus flower, which symbolizes supreme knowledge, truth and light. She not only embodies knowledge but also the experience of the highest reality. Goddess Saraswathi is always depicted with four hands representing with  Mind, intellect, alertness, and ego. It is also believed the four arms also reflects the four Vedas (Earliest scriptures of Hindu tradition)- Rigveda, Atharvaveda, Samaveda, and Yajurveda. . The veena Goddess Saras
