Watermelon Tourmaline Necklace

This stunning piece from Jackee’s collection shines with the colors of summer! This beautiful necklace is made with 14k yellow gold, a watermelon tourmaline gemstone, and tiny diamonds. The watermelon tourmaline is pink and green, and this type of gemstone is noted for something called inclusions, which sometimes occur in this gem, presenting as thread-like or fine “feathers”  in the stone, and add subtle uniqueness to each one. This particular stone was personally handpicked on our 2022 trip to the Tucson gem show. Another aspect of this necklace that you're going to absolutely love, is the double mount! A double mount on a pendant allows it to hang centered on a chain, preventing the chain from unnecessarily swiveling around. That means you don’t have to worry about moving the clasp around to the back of your neck all the time. The watermelon tourmaline is 11.75 mm x 7.5 mm and is just over 4 cts.
