Teapot in blue and gold

This teapot is perfect for your every day tea! I threw it on the potters' wheel in porcelain. I then hand carved the design and inlaid underglaze. After glazing it, I hand cut gold luster decals and added them to the surface. I fired it a third time to adhere the gold. There is a built in strainer to keep your teabag from clogging the spout.   This teapot is approximately 5.5"H x 7.75"W x 4.25"D, and holds approximately 3 cups (24 oz). It is dishwasher safe.  Cheers!
