Just use a few drops where needed. Scented with Essential Oil Ingredients: sunflower oil, peach kernel oil, hazelnut oil, macadamia nut oil, jojoba oil, meadowfoam seed oil, rosemary leaf extract, mixed tocopherols, bay essential oil. Apply thinly & evenly onto clean skin. We highly recommend applying immediately after showering. It feels great!  Warning: Manufactured in a facility that uses nut/tree nut oils.
