NuMex Sandia Select  - This new Sandia variety has superior flavor, uniform high heat level, better plant and pod uniformity, higher yield and a thick fruit wall. As always all our seeds are Non-GMO. This large thick fleshed green chile is hot and has great flavor. Its thick walls make it great for chopped green chile or whole pod chile rellenos. Roast, peel, stuff, batter and deep fry.
