Introduced in a 6 part series each kit contains the chart, Perle cotton for that section and any button embellishments. The first part includes the border chart, DMC #5 Pearl Cotton thread, button embellishments, a 28" x 28" piece of 18ct Natural Linen and it comes in a handy 11x14 zippered pouch (great for storage!).
