An Egyptian Pink Quartzite Scarab, Late Period, ca. 664 - 332 BCE

carved from soft pink quartzite, with suture and pronotum lines on the back, legs defined by incision lines to the side, the base uninscribed. Pierced longitudinally for suspension.
