A published Egyptian Alabaster Vessel, Old Kingdom, ca. 2575 - 2134 BCE

of squat cylindrical form, with a flat base, straight walls, and a wide mouth with a thick everted rim, carved from mottled cream alabaster.  An early 20th-century catalog number "2920" applied in black ink to the body. Dimensions: Height: 2 7/8 inches (7.3 cm) Condition: Intact and in very good condition overall.
