We save a few dollars on materials, and we put it all back into the build... Sturdy side handles, designed to make carrying comfortable & easy. Routed-in juice grooves, and a hand-carved center pattern, all designed to hold meat in place & catch the juice. Finished with Food-Safe Wood Wax. 22" x 16" x 1.5" thick To get it in time for Father's Day - local pickup only!
