Childbirth education Wellness support Biomechanics birth prep and support Doula - In person or virtual support to help you feel empowered for your birth I will provide you with physical, emotional,and  informational, guidance helping you navigate your pregnancy journey with confidence God willing.  Islam based childbirth classes but we welcome people of all faiths to join us in this instinctive birthing classes that move along the topics as you move along in pregnancy Guiding you with valuable and empowering information to support you with the knowledge to make you feel empowered to make the best decisions for you and your baby God willing.  The classes provide worksheets, how to write a successful birth plan, video content to watch with your partner or support person and activities to help you grasp the content. I will provide wellness coaching to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle that is essential to provide you and your baby successful nutrients and minimize exposure to toxins
