The Quarter Beef pack is our most popular package.  At 100-120 lbs this gives you about two pounds of premium grass finished beef each week of the year.  With this pack, you will have your own "freezer" section right at home.  And no need to worry about keeping it stored, our heavy-duty vacuum packaging completely protects the beef forever (really).   Plan for 3 to 4 cubic feet of space in your freezer. We charge a flat rate of $1.50 per lb, which will be added to your VAD invoice. Your deposit is based on 100 lbs of beef as a base.  The Variable amount of 1-20 lbs over that will be added to your final amount due.
