Organic Be Wise Tea cultivates the wisdom all women hold within. Blended with balancing herbs to create a minty, crisp green flavor with a soft herbal grounding. Ingredients: Motherwort*, Nettle Leaf*, Sage*, Lemon Balm*, Vitex Berries*, Mugwort*, and Horsetail*. *Organic Directions: Add 1 tablespoon of tea to a cloth tea bag, tea basket or spoon and place in your favorite mug. Pour 12-16 ounces of boiling hot water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached. Remove tea leaves and enjoy.
